Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card aged 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from her previous place of taking part in elite contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any goals. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel was competing against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
